Councillor Bell declared an interest in
respect of Item 10, (Banff and Buchan Area Committee Budget
2024/25: Area Initiative Fund (AIF) First Tranche as a member of
Fraserburgh Rotary. She indicated that she would leave the meeting
and take no part in the discussion of, and determination of the
matter.
 
Councillor Cox declared an interest in Item
10, (Banff and Buchan Area Committee Budget 2024/25: Area
Initiative Fund (AIF) First Tranche) as a Director of Banff Castle,
one of the applicants.  He indicated
that he would leave the meeting and take no part in the discussion
of, or determination of, the matter.
 
Councillor Logan declared an interest in
respect of Item 10, (Banff and Buchan Area Committee Budget
2024/25: Area Initiative Fund (AIF) First Tranche as a member, and
former President, of Fraserburgh Rotary. He indicated that he would
leave the meeting and take no part in the discussion of, and

Adams made a transparency statement in respect of Item 9,

Partnership Delivery Plan Performance Report) as an employee
of NHS Grampian.  He indicated that he
would remain in the meeting and take part in the discussion of, and
