Councillor Cox made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 5 (APP/2024/0022: Full
Planning Permission for Alterations and Extension to Dwellinghouse,
22 Wilson Crescent, Whitehills) as the applicant had contacted him
to be advised of the planning process.
He indicated that, not having expressed an opinion on the merits of
the application, he would remain in the meeting and take part in
the discussion of, and determination of, the
application.
Councillor Logan made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 7 (Landscape Services
Works Programme 2024/25) as a Board Director of the South Links
Development Trust. He indicated that he
would remain in the meeting and take part in the discussion of, and
determination of, the matter.
