The Board allowed
the amendment of the following Application to more accurately state
that the application relates to off sales only and thereafter
granted the following application subject to the conditions
recommended by the Police and the LSO,

The Board
confirmed that the three following applications are to be returned
to applicant for amendment and thereafter be determined by the
Depute Clerk, in consultation with the convenor.

(c) LAOCC/01093/24: 29th
September 2024 – 12th October 2024 10.00am –

(d) LAOCC/01321/24: 13th

The Board further instructed
that further applications for occasional licences shall be
considered and determined by the Depute Clerk, in consultation with
the Convenor, until such  time as the
premises licence has been processed and granted.
