The Committee agreed
to:-
 
a)       add a revised action
for item 3, as follows:-
 
         
Request that the Area Manager seek an overview of the work already
done and report this back to Ward 13 members; and.
 
b)       request further
information regarding the criteria and condition of the
       LLA
buildings
