Councillor Taylor declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 4, as the applicant was a member of
the NFUS, which Councillor Taylor is a member of. However, as the
applicant had not attended this forum for some time, having applied
the objective test, Councillor Taylor concluded that he had no
interest to declare, and he would remain and take part in the
determination of this item.
 
Councillor Nicol declared an interest in Item
7, as she has a connection to the Belhelvie Community Trust.
 She advised that she would not take
part in the determination of this item. 
 
Councillor Johnston declared an interest in
Item 7, as he has a connection to the Belhelvie Community
Trust.  He advised that he would not
take part in the determination of this item.  He further declared an interest in Item 9, as he
is on The Hut Committee.  He advised
that he would not take part in the determination of this item.
