The Committee refused Full Planning Permission
on the grounds that Conditions 12 and 13 of Planning Permission
Reference APP/2020/1629 remained competent; there had been no
demonstration that the 1 hectare of land was not economically
viable; there had been no demonstration that there was no interest
in the business units; and in terms of Planning Policy, there had
been no element of Place Planning considered within the
application.
