Councillor Blackett declared an
interest in Items 6 and 7 by virtue of being an objector and
neighbour and advised that she would leave the meeting and take no
part in the items.
 
Councillor Blackett declared an
interest in Item 14 by virtue of her husband being Chair of Marr
Area Partnership and advised that she would leave the meeting and
take no part in the item.
 
Councillor Blackett stated that
she had a connection to Items 11 and 13 by virtue of being a member
of Braemar Community Limited and her husband being the Chair of
that organisation.  As the items were
for comment, having applied the objective test, she concluded she
had no interest to declare.
 
Councillor Petrie declared an
interest in Item 5 by virtue of her employment for Gilliam Martin
MSP who was the Minister for Climate Action and Acting Cabinet
Secretary for Net Zero. Although her job was not connected to Ms
Martin’s role in government, having considered the public
perception and applied the objective test,  she advised that she would
leave the meeting and take no part in the item.
 
Councillor Brown declared an
interest in Item 10 by virtue of her partner being a contractor on
the site and advised that she would leave the meeting and take no
part in the item.
 
Councillor Kloppert stated that
she had a connection to Item 15 by virtue of being an observer
member of the Torphins Path Group; however, having applied the
objective test, she concluded she had no interest to
declare.
