To provide the following comments to the
Officer Review Group:
 
1.       A sale should not be
able to proceed while an appeal is live – confirmation sought
that this is the case.
2.       Timelines should be
made clearer in the report.
3.       The process for
notifying Ward Members when expressions of interest and
applications were received should be strengthened with notification
by email as well as at ward meetings.
4.       Consideration should
be given to a clear definition of what would be considered
acceptable community consultation.
 
Update and terms of reference for the Common
Good review to be provided.
