Purpose

This report is seeking approval to add a
supplementary item to the Housing and Building Standards
Procurement Plan, as well as approval of the corresponding
Procurement Approval Form, in respect of the procurement of works,
goods and services, to deliver 11 social rented properties in
Ellon. This project will be part of Phase 10 of Aberdeenshire
Council’s new build affordable housing programme.
