Committee agreed to provide the following
comments to the Officer Review Group which will be considered when
creating the final draft of the policy which will be reported to
Business Services Committee on 14 November 2024.

Policy (page 533, Appendix 8.3 G) – should reference to
engaging with elected members be included.

·      
Asset marketed – wording and clarity around the ability to
sell at Expression of Interest Stage to be reviewed.

·      
Priority Considerations – ensure consistency between Policy
and Application Form.

·      
Timeline – requires additional detail.
