Purpose

Area Committee are being asked to consider the
Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2025-2030, which is effectively a
five year plan for affordable housing in Aberdeenshire and provide
comment to
Communities Committee.

Content

Agreed to provide following comments to
Communities Committee (1) to request an informal session to
consider how the New Scots’ Integration Strategy is to be
developed across Buchan, and (2) to request more detail and an
opportunity to explore the housing demand scoring system and how it
is applied for smaller settlements
