Purpose

Provide members with the outcome of the 5 year
review of the Roads Winter Maintenance Policy and any accompanying
documentation and ask for comments from members.

Content

Agreed to make following comments to ISC (1)
it is hoped that the proposals for communities to help deliver
services can be progressed given the public has indicated a
willingness for self-help, and (2) to suggest that the details of
the snow wardens scheme be made available to School Parents Council
as well as Community Councils
