Agreed (1) to note report, (2) to request that
with immediate effect the Committee Agenda includes two items
‘Peterhead Community Campus Update’ and
‘Levelling-Up Update’ to ensure that the Buchan Area
Committee is kept fully briefed of these two major projects, and
(3) in relation to the use of Non
Disclosure Agreements, to request detail as to how often the
Council use them and if the Council has a breakdown of which
Services use them
