Agreed, having noted the feedback comments and
the draft amendments, to provide the following comment to the
Officer Review Group (1) to ensure that sufficient protection has
been applied in any clawback calculation where a group has taken
ownership of a property, undertaken a significant amount of work
thereby increasing its value, and, at a later date, they then
propose to dispose of the property and the Council were to buy back
the asset (refer to Asset Transfer Policy Group)
