Committee agreed to provide the following
comments to the Officer Review Group:-
 

a)       given
the long history of Asset Transfer, consideration should be given
as to how the clawback applies to older Asset Transfers; and

b)       in
order to reduce officer time, is there flexibility to look at the
lease position again? (ref 10.8 on Page 538)
