Noted revised description of Risk 1589 –
IJB Risk 8 – Risk of failure to deliver standards of care
expected by the people of Aberdeenshire – overall risk level
High.
 
Due to the nature of Datix when the risk was
updated it is now Risk 3629 – IJB Risk 8 - The risk is that
resources provided are insufficient to meet statutory duties,
standards and requirements – overall risk level High.
 
Update on Internal Audit 2420 – SDS
– noted that work was ongoing on the recovery of
funds,  with additional fixed term
staffing resource in place. Some concerns raised around the
recovery of funds and duty to discuss with those in receipt of SDS
before recovery. Officers asked to consider issues raised and to
provide a response to the Member outwith the meeting.
