This reports provides a high-level quarterly
performance report on the HSCP Strategic Delivery Plan to end of
June 2024

Content

Noted concerns that Phoenix funding was only
available until March 2025 and resulting cost pressures on the IJB
which may not be sustainable and need to consider further whether
IJB can accept this additional pressure.
 
Additional recommendation 1.7 – that the
Chief Officer should provide a briefing on the Phoenix funding and
implications for going forward.
