Purpose

The Strategic Assessment is a key document in
the development of the Council Priorities and Council Plan. The
main purpose of the Strategic Assessment is to give policy makers
an accurate picture of the situation in Aberdeenshire, provide
evidence as to how that picture is changing and how it may change
in future.
