Purpose

A report was presented to the Kincardine and
Mearns Area Committee on 26 March 2024 recommending transfer of the
museum on the ground floor only and the restaurant on the upper
floor being retained as an income generating asset. Councillors
agreed that the entire building should be transferred for £1.
Therefore as the recommendation was contrary to the Officer
recommendation it is now required to be determined by the Business
Services Committee.
