There had been circulated and
was approved as a correct record the Minutes of the
Meeting of 03 September 2024 subject to the following
amendments:
 
Attendance - Councillor Turner
was present for items 1-9.
 
Item 5, paragraph 6 and 7
– amend to reflect that Councillor Turner moved the motion
to refuse in line with officer recommendations and Councillor
Black moved the amendment that Committee grant Change of Use as
a departure from policy as on balance the need for the facility
locally in this instance outweighed the risks and the officer
recommendation to refuse.
