Councillor Kloppert declared an
interest in Item 6 by virtue of having made a representation on the
item and advised that she would leave the meeting and take no part
in the item.
 
Councillor Brown declared an
interest in Item 7 by virtue of being a member and user of the Live
Life Aberdeenshire facility and advised that she would leave the
meeting and take no part in the item.
