The Board granted the following applications
subject to the conditions recommended by the Police and the
LSO.
 
(a) LAOCC/01737/24: 13th November 2024 –
26th November 2024 – 10.00am – 10.00pm on sales
 
(b) LAOCC/01736/24: 27th November 2024 –
10th December 2024 - 10.00am – 10.00pm on sales
 
(c) LAOCC/01740/24: 11th December 2024 –
24th December 2024 - 10.00am – 10.00pm on sales
 
(d) LAOCC/01739/24 – 25th December 2024
– 6th January 2025 - 10.00am – 10.00pm on sales
 
The Board further instructed that further
applications for occasional licences shall be considered by Depute
Clerk and Officers up until 4th June 2025.
 
If no application for a premises licence is
submitted prior to the 4th June 2025 then later
applications shall be returned to the Licensing  Board.
 
However, if a premises licence is submitted
prior to this date the delegated power to grant occasional licences
are to remain with officers while premises licence application is
processed.
