Committee agreed a delegated grant
subject to:-
 
1.       the provision of an
updated landscaping plan;
 
2.       rewording of
condition 2;
 
3.       removal of condition
6; and
 
4.       the remaining
conditions as detailed in the report.
 
Vote (7:6)
 
The Committee
further agreed to request that a briefing be provided by end
of January 2025 on the whole Thainstone site to include compliance
with conditions, plans for the site moving forward, marketing, the
roads work completed and what still has to be done and the position
regarding the abattoir.
