Committee agreed to grant Full Planning Permission subject to:-   1.       amendment to the reason for departure to include all relevant NPF4 policies;   2.       amendment to condition 5 (as per email provided Councillors in advance of the meeting);   3.       an additional condition to ensure the site is restored to agricultural land following the end of the business use; and   4.       the remaining conditions detailed in the report   Vote (4:9)
