private drainage system.

Content

The Committee agreed that authority to grant
Full Planning Permission be delegated to the Head of Planning and
Economy, subject to:

The conclusion of the Section 75 Legal Agreement,

·      
The Waste Water Treatment Plant being constructed to a standard
that could be adoptable by Scottish Water, and

·      
The conditions as detailed within the report.
