Councillor McKail confirmed he had attended a
public meeting at Midmar Hall where the application regarding item
5b was discussed however stated he did not provide any comments, he
also stated he was a member of the Aberdeen international airport
committee. Having applied the objective test he had concluded that
he had no interest to declare.
 
Councillor Davidson confirmed that she knows
speaker Mr Argyle in relation to item 5b, from his previous time as
a Councillor with Aberdeenshire Council and his position as Chair
of Torphins Community Council. Having
applied the objective test she had concluded that she had no
interest to declare.
 
Councillor Ewenson confirmed that she knows
speaker Mr Argyle in relation to item 5b, from his previous time of
being a Councillor for Aberdeenshire Council and being the Liberal
Democrat political party leader. Having applied the objective test
she had concluded that she had no interest to declare.
