Committee agreed to provide the following
comments:

1.   
Capping of street lighting concerns highlighted with reference to
safety and equalities.  Director to
provide a briefing note on current approach, areas/streets affected
in B&B and timescale for improvements.

2.   
Voids – benchmarking data to be included in future
reports

3.   
Electric vehicle charging points – include in future reports
with regards to the level of maintenance being carried
out.
