A report by Banff
and Buchan Area Manager was circulated detailing the items of
outstanding business as at 5 November
2024.
 
The Committee
agreed
to:

·      
discharge item 2 as an informal session
had been arranged and information provided;

·      
noted at item 3 the Area Manager is
working with the service to confirm when a report will be available
for Committee;

·      
requested at item 5 that a briefing note
is provided to Members on the works planned and timelines.
