Approve the
appointment of AECOM to provide project management and design
consultancy services (totalling £69,952.99) for the
preparation of the boiler plant rooms to accept the plate heat
exchanger from the energy service provider, HEMIKO. This is being
funded by the central government by PSDS awarded funding. 
This work is for 3b, which covers Worthing Town hall, Worthing
Assembly Hall, Connaught Theatre and Studio, Portland House.
This has been
procured through the NHS framework as a direct award in accordance
with our contract standards and Procurement team have approved and
overseen the process.
