1.   
That a budget  be approved of
£570,000 from the £1,765,800 Affordable Homes budget to
Worthing Homes to develop:
 
a.   
21 self-contained flats including a female-only wing and
ground-floor disabled access flats in which the council will be
granted 100% nomination rights for 60 years.
b.   
Provision of a hub to deliver therapeutic and health interventions,
life skills and office space for multi-disciplinary working
