Approve the appointment of Environtec to provide Asbestos R&D Surveys at
Worthing Assembly Hall, Worthing Museum and Connaught Theatre
(totalling £11,700) to ensure that the building works can be
done safely, to enable connection to the Worthing Heat Network
(WHN). This is being funded by the central government by PSDS
awarded funding.  This work is part of
3b funding, which covers Worthing Town hall, Worthing Assembly
Hall, Connaught Theatre and Studio, Portland House.
This has been procured through the NHS
framework as a direct award in accordance with our contract
standards and Procurement team have approved and overseen the
process.
