To enter into a 2-year service level agreement
for 2x six bed HMOs at Bath Place, Worthing and Hayley Road,
Lancing comprising a total of 12 shared units for the purpose of
temporary accommodation provision pursuant to Part VII of the
Housing Act 1996. The properties are to be used by ADC and WBC. To
note that the Bath Place HMO is already fully occupied on a
rolling-monthly contract basis.
