To award the Hill Barn Recreation Ground
Pavilion demolition contract to Maplecroft Construction Ltd, following a local
procurement exercise, for the sum of £30,048 (excluding VAT).
The works will see the removal of the end of life northern
pavilion, including clearance, in readiness for the site to be
taken forward under a lease arrangement to a local sports community
club.
