I authorise a public consultation on the draft
update to the Sustainable Energy Supplementary Planning Document to
be carried out in accordance with The Town and Country Planning
(Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 and the
Council’s
Statement of Community Involvement.

Reasons for the decision

This is a realistic and, in my view, correct
update to the Sustainable Energy Supplementary Planning
Document
