Following the procurement exercise; to appoint
the most competitive bidder, Landbuild
Ltd to install a new enlarged compound in Mill Lane Cemetery to
store equipment and position storage containers, including an
extended hardstanding area and associated surface water drainage
and perimeter fencing for the Contract Sum of £41,879.59.

Reasons for the decision

To provide a larger compound for the grounds
keepers.

Alternative options considered

A compound storage building was considered,
but this option exceeded available budgets, so a cheaper
alternative option was developed and procured.
