Approved the expenditure of one compulsory
redundancy dismissal resulting from the restructure of Regenerative
Development.

Reasons for the decision

Worthing Cabinet Member for Resources: I am
satisfied that a fair process has been followed and more time
allowed for options to be explored for this member of staff.
Adur Leader: This redundancy is as a result of
an organisational restructure process which has been carefully
designed with staff and trade union engagement and is now being
delivered.
