To enter into this contract with Runnymede
Council for the reasons set out below

Reasons for the decision

We are not in a position to do this work
ourselves right now.  Runnymede has set
this up and we are happy with the specification. They can manage
this on our behalf.  Given that this is
a new regulatory requirement this will enable us to fulfil our
statutory role at a time where we do not have a community
engagement officer in place to do this work for us.

Alternative options considered

None. Given our current lack of resources to
manage and deliver this survey, which will have a penalty if we
aren't compliant, we go ahead in partnership with Runnymede.
