I have determined the nominations received
from Councillors for appointment to various outside organisations
against the information in Annex B; and  having received
representations from Councillors, I have completed Annex C with my
determination of the appointments taking into account matters
raised in paragraph 4 of the report.
 

Reasons for the decision

These appointments strengthen the links and
aid communication between the Council and the community and
contribute to the role of local Councillors.

Alternative options considered

 I considered all candidates.
