Following a competitive quotation exercise to
appoint Savills (UK) Ltd to undertake condition surveys and
schedules of condition to the South Downs Leisure properties in the
sum of £61,630.00.

Reasons for the decision

To facilitate the establishment of the
condition of the leisure facilities across Adur and Worthing
operated by South Downs Leisure. This information will be used to
provide baseline condition information for any new lease
arrangements between the councils and South Downs Leisure.
 

Alternative options considered

Use of internal resources to undertake the
surveys, this is not feasible due to current workloads and time
requirements in relation to the new lease and contractual
arrangements.
