To award the contract to 10 X to deliver the
leadership development programme for managers at Adur &
Worthing Councils with a value of £33,072 + VAT.

Reasons for the decision

The decision to award the contract is based on
assessment and engagement with three providers on a specification
for a leadership development programme, that delivers one of our
four priorities in the Councils’ Learning & Development
delivery plan, within the budget allocated for leadership
development as part of the overall L&D budget for 2025/26. The
successful provider was assessed as the strongest in delivering the
outcomes within the specification.
 

Alternative options considered

Two other providers were considered and
assessed as part of the research and engagement and were not as
strong on the criteria assessed.
