To appoint Pilbeam Construction to install
replacement windows to the Cafe Area and Porter Room and undertake
external drainage works at Southwick Community Centre for the
Contract Sum of £137,888.00.

Reasons for the decision

To replace 11 No existing defective windows to
the Cafe Area and 3 No existing defective windows to the Porter
Room and undertake new external surface water drainage improvements
to the rear of the Porter Room and undertake flooring repairs to
prevent further water ingress and deterioration of the building
fabric.
