To commission a Level 2 Strategic Flood Risk
Assessment plus additional drainage strategy evidence at a cost of
£40,000 

This is a direct award on the basis that the company is a
specialist provider of these studies; has previously undertaken the
Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment for Adur & Worthing and
therefore already has a good understanding of the local area and
has already undertaken initial work on the potential sites for the
Adur Local Plan. They also have the technical expertise to
undertake the detailed modelling required and have good experience
in undertaking these studies elsewhere.
