ADC Cabinet Member for Housing & Citizen
Services:
 

1.   
That a 3-year (with 1-year break clause) service contract be
approved with a private sector TA provider to acquire nomination
rights to six Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) comprising 34
rooms with shared facilities for single people. To note that all
rooms are currently being used by our councils on a rolling-monthly
or spot-purchase basis.
 

2.   
Within existing and approved budgets, to agree a delegated
authority under delegation 2.6.8 of the Officer Scheme of
Delegations for the Assistant Director Housing and Homelessness
Prevention to enter into a service contract for the purpose of
acquiring TA.
