Services:
That I authorise the award of a 3-year service
contract with a private sector TA provider and to acquire
nomination rights to 18 self-contained TA units. 17 of these units
will be at Sudley Road and West Street, Bognor Regis comprising of
1 studio flat, 14 one bed flats and 2 two bed flats. The further
unit is a 1 bed flat at Harrow Road, Worthing.
