To approve the renewal of a temporary
accommodation management contract with Bacon Micawber Lettings
Limited for a period of 12 months with a total contract value of
£61,344 (Incl VAT).
 
Also to note that we have agreed with Bacon
Micawber Lettings Limited that any additional properties acquired
by the councils that require management during the term of the
contract will be added via an addendum.
