That it be Agreed
to fund, or part fund, the 27 projects from the CIL Neighbourhood
allocation as set out in section 4 and to invite the remaining
bids, which are recommended to be refused, as indicated in section
4 to read their feedback and if suitable, to re-apply to the CIL
Neighbourhood Fund in future years.
That  budget virements totalling of £204,933.95 to fund
the awards to be made which is financed from CIL resources be
approved as follows:

£159,933.95 within the revenue budget

·        
£45,000.00 within the capital Budget
