To renew the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
for a period of 3 years using the KCS Professional Services
Framework; for the provision of all Microsoft licences. We have
obtained seven quotes from suppliers on the framework and Ultima
was the most competitive. Ultima will supply Adur District and
Worthing Borough Council with Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
Licences for a term period of 3 years from 1st June 2024 to 29 June
2027. The value of the contract is £222,534.96 over the 3
years term of the contract (at £74,178.32 per year) and so it
is a key decision.
