To refuse the planning permission in
accordance with the resolution of the DC Committee Meeting on 26
March 2025 (2pm meeting) to refuse with the two additional reasons
concerning heritage and sustainability and delegate to the Group
Head of Planning (GHP) and the Chair and Vice Chair.
