The Authority to Exchange and Compliance
Certificate has been issued for the First Homes property at Plot
xx, xx Long Lakes Way, Ferring, Worthing BN12 6xx, for the
applicant Miss xx. The purchase price for the property is
£163,800, following a 30% discount on the market value of
£234,000. The anticipated date for the exchange of contracts
is 14 March 2025, and completion is expected by 28 March
2025.
