5xx to First Homes Applicants xxx, in accordance with the Arun
District Council First Homes agreement (ref: BE/1/23/RES) and the
First Homes national and local eligibility criteria. The Authority
to Proceed is valid for three months from the date of issue and
subject to mortgage valuation not being less than market
value.
